Robin on a log

Handmade fused glass robin perched on a log.

Each robin is cut by hand from two sheets of glass, hand decorated with frit (crushed glass) and glassline paint. Copper wire is cut, shaped and sandwiched between the layers of glass for the beak and legs, before being fired and mounted on seasoned logs which have been cut, sanded and polished with a blend of natural oils.

Due to the handmade nature of the robins, no two are ever the same, so each one is completely unique to you.
